# Subscription A subscription is an EWT staking action initiated by the worker node operator to agree and commit in actively participating in executing a group of solutions subject to the solution group’s terms and conditions. In return, the operators expect to gain rewards by diligently performing the solution executions while having the possibility to get slashed when underperforming.
